I have found that these feeders have cut down on the pigeons throwing grain out of the feeder due to the narrower spacing on the wire cover.

It was a pretty simple order/product. It arrived promptly and in good condition. No reason to contact customer service.

The top wire could use a better way to hold it in, but overall for the price I am satisfied.

I love the concept of this — BUT! I have two major issues. The first is it’s simply a pain in the butt to secure the grate. Second is… we’ve had not one, not two, but THREE chickens get their leg stuck in them. The first time it happened the chick nearly lost its leg, and we thought it was a fluke. But it has happened twice more in the past three years that we’ve used it. For this reason I cannot recommend for small chicks.
