Portable electric fence with 10 horizontal strands (9 conductive), is 42" tall installed and has vertical struts every 12". PrimaPosts™ are built into the mesh every 12.6 ft. Choose from twisted or braided conductors.
When properly energized, ElectroStop® with PrimaPosts™ is a nearly impenetrable mesh to domestic livestock and their predators.

Standard vs. Pro—What’s the difference?
Unlike twisted conductors, the braiding process creates a tighter weave that resists fraying. When sections are carried or pulled through tall, stemmy grass, the strands don’t catch as readily.
Its very low electrical resistance (37 ohms per 1000') is important for fences that are either long or will experience high weed contact.
ElectroStop® with PrimaPosts™ is available in (2) colors:

- Blends well with a green-grass background while offering good visibility to humans and animals.
- Blue & White — Items #208453, #208456
- 4-legged animals generally have poor color vision, but see shades of blue clearly. Because blue is an unusual color when seen on the ground, curious livestock (and their predators) check the fence with their sensitive noses. The result is a memorable electric shock. Animals conclude the fence itself is painful—and learn to avoid it.

Installation
Ensure the net is at least 2" away from anything metal (e.g. T-posts, existing wire fences, spikes on support posts, etc.)

Precautions
Netting must be moved when tall grass covers the lower “hot” strands. The alternative? Apply a strip of herbicide to kill vegetation.
Warning! Due to risk of fire, do NOT use continuous output energizers with electric netting or electro-plastic conductors such as rope, twine or tape. Use only with a low or wide impedance intermittent pulse energizer. (Fi-Shock™ brand energizers which are sold as low impedance, continuous current output should NOT be used with electric netting.) All energizers sold on Premier’s website use an intermittent pulse and are suitable for use with electric netting.
Dry conditions and wintertime usage may reduce the effectiveness of electric fencing. Ice and heavy snow can flatten netting and thereby damage it.
Dry or frozen ground may cause posts to bend or break if inserted with force. Pilot holes may be needed when using PrimaPosts™ in hard soil. We recommend using drivable or single spike posts in hard soils. Double spike posts provide more stability when the ground is soft.
Troubleshooting
If possible, separate the fence into sections. Then progressively reconnect, checking voltage as you go. When the voltage drops, you’ve identified the section with the problem. Listen for snapping sounds. This occurs when a conductor is close to a grounded wire, metal objects, fallen branches, or other green vegetation causing a “short”. Shorts cause fence voltage to collapse and allow animals to touch the fence without feeling pain.

Pole tips are a little soft compared to drive-in poles on the 48" PoultryNet—they can bend with with sufficient combination of fence direction change and strong wind, but can be straightened out. I started putting drivable step-ins at significant deflection points and haven't bent any additional poles. In hard dry ground, have resorted to tapping them moderately with a rubber mallet while holding the tip straight w/toe and middle of shaft w/other hand to minimize flexing—haven't broken the top strand-holder after two fence moves.

The netting is great. The product itself is not. The panels are too far between each pole and not having the 2nd prong on the pole makes it less sturdy. First day out the baby calves (yes, literal bottle babies that were only two weeks) trampled it. Electric was attached and output was correct for the fencing. Poles bent from just that or the wind knocking them over. Made a complaint but you can’t return to them. Even with a money back guarantee it has to be unopened. So it doesn’t matter if you used the product and the first day the metal stakes on the poles got bent because it’s cheap garbage. They will not take it back. I have used a lot of other Premier products with success and am very happy with those. I’ve recommend this company to so many people. So after having this experience trying some new fencing and not being able to return — they don’t stand behind their products. So just be sure you can afford to waste the money on what you buy. Their policy is garbage and so are the poles on this product.

ElectroStop Pro w/PrimaPosts: High maintenance, constant repairs required.
Initially I wanted to give this netting 5 stars but waited to give it an honest review. It’s lightweight and easily set up. An entire 164 ft roll can be carried in one hand. The braided lines are a nice addition, but too thin. Deer are constantly snapping the top wire and the bottom nonconducting cord keeps tangling around the bottom of the plastic stays. Putting a thicker polybraid top wire and a stiffer bottom cord would improve performance without much added weight. PrimaPosts are easy to handle, but the spikes are aluminum and bend in hard soils and the posts too flexible to hammer into the ground. I had to carry a drill this summer to put up netting when the ground hardened. It’s nice if you have perfect conditions, but if you have heavy deer pressure in your area use a heavier netting.
