These insulators are extremely sturdy and versatile. They make excellent anchor points to attach a tight connection on your fence wire. This is the only place I was able to find insulators for a 2.5 inch pipe.

After having to replace most of the fence due to the flooding in July, I was in need of more pipe clamp insulators to restring my electric fence rope. Went to Tractor Supply first, since that is where I originally bought everything for the fence. Unfortunately, they no longer carry them. I was so happy to find them on Premier's website and at a great price. I only wish they came ready to fit 2 7/8" iron since we went bigger on the rebuild, but with a little bending and longer screws, they work perfectly!

These do not stay put under tension. I’m surprised how easily the rubber spins on a metal tube. It fits fine, but you can’t put it under tension. So long as you are just going in a straight line, you are likely fine. However I needed these for a gate and supports since that’s all that will fit on a round pole and I have to figure out something else. They simply won’t hold tension.

Perfect for my 2 3/8" pipe rail fence. Keeps my 55 lb. dog from jumping the fence.

Great product considering limitations on insulators and availability. In comparison to the insulators that clip onto the fence, this item is perfect! In combination with other bolt on insulators and utilizing these for each corner, my electric fence is studier and looks better than it did previously. If I could suggest one improvement it would be a static bolt instead of having to tighten up the two nuts located on the welded rod.
