The MiniReel™ Pro isn’t a throwaway accessory. It’s field equipment designed to withstand repeated use, rough handling, and the demands of frequent fence moves. The large central hub winds faster and more efficiently—a small detail that makes a big difference when you’re moving fence lines often. We also insisted on a design that hangs securely on high-tensile wire without working itself loose.

Great little lightweight reel that is perfect for young homestead helpers or 4-H kids wanting to have more autonomy over their animal projects. The knob can take a minute to figure out, but it's not the end of the world. It's as light on your pocketbook as it is in your hand, and it comes pre-wound!

These reels are great, and this is the best mini reel I’ve used. They are built well, and I think they will last. The other popular mini reels on the market just don’t last. The locking pins break all the time, and I’ve busted plenty of hooks. With the construction of Strainrite’s MiniReel, I don’t foresee any issues. From the use I’ve had so far, I’m impressed. And the best thing is the price. They are cheaper than the other reels I’m referring to. Strainrite makes great products that last!
