Corkscrew design provides a strong, reliable connection that is also a 360° hinge. Unlike “hinges” of twine and soft wire that fail at the wrong moment, this hinge does not fail.

- Start at top of where 2 or 3 panels meet
- Turn hinge so it screws down
- Twist all the way down to keep the end from sticking out

I use these hinges for everything! They are great for my pasture fencing projects. I use these to make round rock jacks/gabions I fill with stones. I then attach my woven wire sheep fence to the gabion (the terminal “post”) with yet another wire spiral. It makes terminal post attachments so easy. It takes a couple minutes to do versus tying off each individual wire. I can’t imagine that I’m the only person doing this, but I think this trick could help a lot of people fencing large, remote pastures with nothing but hand tools.
